Villa Lucia Honey

From the farm Villa Lucia comes an exceptional honey processed coffee. In order to achieve beautiful notes of blackberry, chocolate, lemon, and cherry, a special and experimental processing method is used. Coffee cherries are picked when ripened, de-pulped immediately without using water, and are then spread onto raised drying beds for anywhere between one and three weeks. The cherries are moved around constantly to avoid any adverse effects and to complete the honey process.
